This website is operated by Gigapex (ABN 95 244 132 351), a Melbourne-based provider of cleaning, facilities, grounds and trades services. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Gigapex. This policy applies to our website, our quote forms, and the GigaComms client portal.

- Enquiry details you give us through our quote forms — your name, email address, phone number, and the property/service details you choose to share.
- Client portal information if you become a client — your account email, details about your site and jobs, service schedules, messages, and any photos or documents shared through the portal.
- Technical information collected automatically by our website and hosting — such as your device/browser type and general usage, and a small amount of local storage used to keep you signed in to the portal.
We don't ask for sensitive information, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
3. How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, email us, or use the client portal. Some technical information is collected automatically by our website host when you visit the site.
4. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
- To arrange and carry out the services you request;
- To manage your client portal, schedules and job records;

5. Who we share it with

10. Accessing & correcting your information
You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it, at any time. Just email info@gigapex.com.au and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you'd rather not receive follow-up messages from us, let us know and we'll stop.
